We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven and hands-on People Partner to support Omio’s C-Suite and senior leaders, making sure our people strategy propels the business forward. You’ll be a trusted advisor who turns insight into action, boosts organisational effectiveness and nurtures a high-performance culture.
- Be Omio’s North Star - With your expertise, you will partner with C-Suite/management and senior leadership in Omio to support and help achieve the company business objectives from a people partnering perspective
- Help building a sustainable successful business through driving organizational development, organizational design, retention & engagement through your deliverables and support across the organization
- Ensure effectiveness, speed and quality of your projects & plans by choosing the right metrics/KPI and look for continuous improvement
- Be a proud brand ambassador and leader of Omio - walk the talk
- Identify and implement process initiatives to make sure we run smoothly and efficiently with a great employee experience
- Be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, particularly the CxOs and their respective senior teams
- Support Omionians with ad hoc requests
- Protect the interests of the company by providing relevant, meaningful and accurate advice to employees and stakeholders
- Bring your passion, can-do spirit and attitude to the table every day
- Influence decision-making through insights from HR data (e.g., turnover, eNPS, performance distribution).
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations and legal compliance issues (especially German labor law).

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in start-up/scale-up environments and navigating fast-paced organizational growth.
- Command of German employment law and practical ER experience.
- Stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to challenge and coach executives constructively.
- Fluency in English required (German is a strong plus)
- A team player with a passion for building engaging workplaces
