Private equity funds have long been one of the most attractive investment opportunities, outperforming public market benchmarks, like the S&P 500. But these funds have also been difficult or impossible to access, especially for individuals. Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out. Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few. Enter Moonfare.
Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50,000. Moonfare provides investors with innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market. We are introducing never before seen transparency and liquidity to private equity, and with our ongoing expansion across key markets in Europe and Asia, we are enabling investors around the world to reach further.

**Senior People Operations Manager (M/F/d)**
Navigating the scale-up phase can be one of the most challenging times in a company's growth story. With this in mind, one of our main priorities here at Moonfare is to keep employee experience at the forefront. We achieve this by monitoring employee engagement by introducing data driven changes to the employee experience, providing tailored training and industry leading tools to ensure our team is set up for success as well as guaranteeing an exceptional onboarding process. We are looking for a People Operations Manager who will join our People & Culture team in the conceptualisation and delivery of P&C projects, partner with teams to deliver positive, impactful outcomes and proactively identify areas which will improve every employee's journey throughout their time at Moonfare.
**You will**:
- Drive exceptional people experience and further People Strategies by building meaningful relationships with senior leaders from our commercial teams.
- Act as a catalyst for change that enables leaders to scale and achieve their ambitious team growth targets in areas such as compensation structures, career paths, actioning engagement surveys and organisational planning & design.
- Be a Moonfare culture ambassador, cultivating a high-performing and challenging environment of trust and empowerment everywhere in the organisation.
- Guide and coach business leaders and people managers to respond to changing business needs, ensuring effective communication and change management.
- Provide expert consulting services to the P&C team on HR programs, processes, and initiatives. You will also influence the future direction of our People team priorities by synthesising your organisation's insights.
- Lead data analysis and organisational health diagnostics to co-create action plans with business leaders to improve performance, productivity, engagement, and retention. You will interpret trends in employee relations issues and people data to design appropriate intervention.
**The next Moonfarian**:
- 5+ years experience within a People role, ideally within a startup.
- 3+ years experience within a People Partner position.
- Working knowledge of compensation practices.
- Experience in organisational diagnosis and actioning data points such as results of performance review, engagement surveys, reports on key people KPIs, analysis of org charts.
- Has knowledge of local legal requirements of at least one Moonfare location (DE, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France).
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- An analytical problem solver who makes data driven decisions and can think both commercially and outside the box.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is beneficial.
