We are looking for a Senior People Partner (all genders) to join the People Partner Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

About the position:

- You will be partnering with the Leadership team under our global Tech and Product department, working closely with Vice Presidents and Sr. Directors, enabling their talent agenda, performance and organizational health & becoming part of their management teams._

Your mission:
- You will create strategies, programs, and support processes that enable Delivery Hero’s leaders to drive their team development, engagement, efficiency and impact- You’ll coach managers and leaders in your respective business unit on a variety of people related topics such as organizational design, talent assessment and succession planning, strategic talent processes- You will partner with your Director on global projects that will impact all the brands and organizations belonging to the Delivery Hero group, gaining understanding of different business models, org structures, operating models and how each HR program and project will then provide a solid ROI for the company- You will be working closely with various our centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, People Analytics, Total Rewards) to enable the “Talent Agenda”- You are the change champion for your business unit, driving change management efforts and communication strategies for re-organisations- You’ll help leaders achieve org efficiency with healthy levels of eNPS, Attraction, Retention, D&I layers, and ROI- You’ll partner to develop and enable consistent measures of Career Architecture such as leveling criteria, title framework, career framework for all job families- You’ll drive consistency and excellence in Talent Processes such as Performance Management, talent reviews, and manpower planning exercise

The heroic skills:
- You have gained expert knowledge of HR principles, industry practices and standards through strong delivery and exposure to best in class programmes- We’re looking for someone with multiple experiences, not exclusively business partnering: you will bring profound HR knowledge and are familiar with the end to end functions of the People Team including reward & recognition, career development & personal growth, talent management and retention- Experience in different HR functions is a must (Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Learning, Analytics, etc)- 5+ years of HR / Consultancy experience- Experience working in a Global Tech organization

Nice to have:
- German Labor Law knowledge- Statistical or data analytics knowledge focused on people metrics
