Bitbond, is a leading technology provider for bank-grade tokenization technology. We’re seeking a highly motivated intern with prior crypto experience to join our team. As a Community Management and Customer Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in promoting our flagship product, Token Tool, and providing excellent support to our users. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing web3 ecosystem and contribute to the advancement of tokenization technology.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with Bitbond’s community across various online channels to foster discussions and provide product related guidance
- Find and engage with relevant web3 and DeFi communities
- Assist in creating and implementing community engagement strategies
- Monitor and manage community interactions to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create informative content about Bitbond Token Tool
- Support users by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting product issues
- Gather user feedback and communicate it to relevant teams for product improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:
You are
- Studying business, marketing, finance or similar fields
- Solid understanding of blockchain, crypto, DeFi and the web3 ecosystem
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies such as smart contracts and wallets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in English
- Ideally based in Berlin
