Your duties at the royal court
- Operational support for digital crisis communication on Covid-19
- Daily support and monitoring of social media channels on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
- Moderation of the commentary columns by answering questions and providing up-to-date information about Covid-19
- Support and analysis of direct messaging channels such as Telegram and WhatsApp, including developing ideas for addressing target groups
- Analysis, structuring and evaluation of moods and the derivation of recommendations for action
- Support of our project managers in the preparation of comprehensive reports, customer briefings and team briefings
- Developing content ideas based on current topics and events in the community
- Writing and cleaning up the FAQ to answer relevant questions in cooperation with the specialist departments
- Active assistance and further development of internal communication processes (newsletter, Slack channel, etc.)

Your missions profile
- Studies with a focus on political communications, communication sciences, journalism or a similar orientation
- Relevant internships or other experiences in the political context
- Interest and experience in social media or digital (crisis) communications
- A feeling for language and a confident writing style
- Strong sense of initiative, strong communication skills and motivation
- A desire to experience and shape the exciting world of political communications at first hand
- Fluent German and good English skills
