This challenge awaits you:
Your Tasks:

- You present the basic principles of a tractor powertrain.
- You create an overview of published concepts for battery electric tractors.
- You select and define representative tractor load cycles to compare different powertrain configurations.
- You configure and design different variants of a battery electric tractor powertrain.
- You are responsible for the package design of the different variants.
- You will evaluate and compare the variants by simulating the load cycles.

Necessary Skills:

- Ongoing studies in the field of automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study
- Special interest in alternative drive concepts
- Good command of English
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
- You are characterized by independent work and good communication skills

Desired Skills:

- Innovative spirit and the ability to generate new ideas and continuously improve existing concepts
- Experience with electric powertrain concepts, battery technology and power electronics
- Understanding of agricultural requirements and operating conditions to develop customized solutions
