**About the Job**

**Your responsibilities**
- You are responsible for strategic planning and development of market management and operations department, including defining goals and metrics to measure performance.
- You oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency together with your team.
- You develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as market managers, partners, and customers.
- You develop and implement market strategies to drive sales growth and optimize market operations.
- You are in charge of shaping and implementing our market management strategy to increase revenue and profitability.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- You develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- You are part of the sales leadership team reporting to the COO to ensure the overall success of the sales department.

**What you Bring**
- You bring exceptional leadership qualities to motivate and inspire your team
- You bring 6+ years of Sales Operations experience within the Automotive industry
- Strong Market Management experience within the Automotive industry
- You bring strong experience in developing and executing market management strategies
- You have strong experience in leading sales operations processes and teams
- You have comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, sales operations and sales performance optimization
- You possess excellent organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German, Chinese or other language is a plus)
- You have high affinity and understanding for e-commerce, digitalization and the online customer experience
- You have a University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or comparable
