**Your Role**
- Full technical leadership of design and engineering activities across complex EPCM industrial projects, with a focus on high tech, semiconductor, battery cell, and focus on energy, energy generation, oil and gas large scale plants.
- Strategic and operational coordination of all planning phases and subprojects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met across disciplines.
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the key technical representative and trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Development and continuous improvement of design and engineering workflows, including bid structuring, reporting, and change management.
- Active contribution to business development by building client relationships and positioning design management services in the market.

**Your Profile**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
- Several years of experience in leading complex industrial projects, ideally within EPCM environments, with a strong understanding of general planning and project execution.
- Deep knowledge of design and engineering methodologies.
- Structured, cross-disciplinary working style with strong conceptual thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and situations.
- Fluency in both German and English, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
