**Als Head of Payroll Processes & Strategy / Director of Hire to Retire (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben u.a.**
- Verantwortung für die gesamte Payroll-Strategie und -Abwicklung entlang des Employee Lifecycles (Hire to Retire)
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und rechtskonformen Payroll-Prozesses, einschließlich der termingerechten Gehaltsabrechnung
- Überwachung und Optimierung von Prozessen in den Bereichen Gehaltsabrechnung, Vergütungsmodelle, Benefits und Arbeitszeitmanagement
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen HR-Funktionen, wie Talent Acquisition und HR Operations, zur Gewährleistung einer nahtlosen Employee Experience
- Einführung und Nutzung moderner Payroll-Systeme und Tools zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Automatisierung von Prozessen
- Monitoring und Einhaltung aller relevanten steuer
- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorschriften
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung und Optimierung der Payroll-Prozesse
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines spezialisierten Payroll-Teams
- Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Prüfungen, einschließlich Zusammenarbeit mit Finanz
- und Steuerprüfern

**Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Human Resources oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Bereich Payroll / Lohnbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs
- und Arbeitsrecht
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Optimierung von Payroll-Systemen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kennzahlen und Berichterstattung
- Ausgeprägte Führungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Begeisterung für innovative und digitale Lösungen im Payroll-Umfeld

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Head of Payroll Processes & Strategy / Director of Hire to Retire (m/w/d).
