HeavenHR, an innovative SaaS startup in the HR industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join our team. With a mission to streamline and simplify human resources management, HeavenHR provides businesses with a comprehensive platform that integrates all HR processes. With this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the operations team within a fast-growing startup and contribute to revolutionizing the HR industry.

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations across all aspects of our business. You will oversee and optimize processes related to sales, finance, payroll services, insurance sales, customer experience and other functions, making sure the company runs smoothly and supporting future growth. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvement and provide customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the operations team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
- Streamline and optimize processes, with a focus on sales, finance, customer success and other key functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for operational excellence.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain key operational metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a SaaS startup or technology-driven company.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for driving operational excellence.
- Solid technical understanding, confident use of excel, python
