Then shape the future of Zooplus as a **Working Student Marketplace** and help to build the new marketplace organization, one of the most strategic initiative at Zooplus. You will identify and onboard strategically relevant sellers to ensure marketplace's success. Your work will be essential to increase quality and quantity of product selection and will have a direct impact on the growth of Zooplus.

In this role, you will contribute to setup new marketplace processes and optimize the seller onboarding with the aim to deliver best-in-class customer experience. You will generate insights to influence strategic decision and drive business initiatives with other teams. Join us in this transformative journey and leave a lasting impact on the pet industry
- Identify new sellers, assess the relevance of their product portfolio and support lead generation
- Spot market and category challenges and opportunities and actively propose assortment improvement
- Support seller recruiting and facilitate onboarding of sellers to new Marketplace platform
- Develop training material (Youtube Videos, PDF) for sellers
- Coordinate account creation with IT department as well as product creation with content creation team
- Review, streamline and support legacy processes
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues of sellers
- Supports cross-functional projects when applicable
- Foster and maintains a customer-and-pet first approach within the organization
- Act as role model and actively promote and protect zooplus’ values and purpose.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled as a student (working towards a degree in Business. Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field)
- Self-motivated, high sense of ownership and autonomously taking responsibility for your tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Good experience in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
