Driving force behind identification and coordination of regional and local growth opportunities within and across categories (e.g., Dog or Cat).
- Guides and collaborates Category Manager(s) on strategic priorities across the dimensions **_Customers, Competitors, and Channels_**, and acts as a bridge between central functional teams and local sales teams.
- Plays a crucial role in drafting strategic plans and supporting category decisions with sufficient **_market and category intelligence_**, and successfully steers them to execution with collaborating teams, to realize untapped profitable growth (Net Sales and CM1).

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled as a student in a university for at least 6 months.
- Relevant experience in a similar FMCG / e-Commerce environment, ideally within pet sector
- Strong commercial and technical skills, with deep understanding of the different core business functions and how they work together
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the proven ability to influence at all business levels
- Ability to understand customer needs and market requirements as well as intuitive feeling for brands and trends
- Proficieny in English German is a plus
- Hard working, with a hands-on, results-focused approach
- High analytical and numerical competency
