**Your mission**:
As a Working Student Legal & Operations (all genders) at VÆRIDION, you will support the team with a variety of legal and operational tasks. You’ll gain hands-on experience in legal topics while helping to keep our day-to-day operations organized and efficient. Working closely with our leadership team and external partners, you’ll assist in ensuring our processes are compliant, structured, and business-ready.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Support in reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal documents and contracts (national/international) in connection with intellectual property law, competition law, tenancy law, etc.
- Support in the creation of contract templates, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
- Review, and manage legal documents and contracts (e.g., NDAs, supplier agreements, real estate and service contracts).
- Support special projects with planning, documentation, and reporting
- Assist with operational topics such as office/real estate, insurances, and mobility.
- Help keep daily business operations running smoothly (e.g., scheduling, communication, document management).

**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Law or business law.
- Strong interest in contract law and corporate law.
- Ideally first practical experience in legal work.
- Strong interest in aviation, sustainability, and high-tech industries.
- Ideally first working experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on mentality together with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent German and English skills.

A full electric microliner is cleaner and cheaper to operate than other aeroplanes in its class, it provides a better travel experience door to door up to 500 km.
