We are looking for an entrepreneurial & education-passionate Program Coordinator for our Tech: Mentor (1:1) training program, and to join our young & fast-growing startup.

We are looking for a recent University Graduate who inspires us
with their impact-focused approach and is well-aligned with the company.

This full-time position is based in Berlin.
The role requires advanced skills in both English and German.

Tasks

You will lead all new students through their Educational journey at StartSteps, coordinating with the admissions team, course teachers, Bootcamp partners & our extended community

\- while ensuring a positive, resourceful and superior experience for all students

**Your tasks include**:

- Supervision, communication and organization of trainers and students to foster an excellent student learning experience.
- Management of learning journeys and training material in alignment with all trainers.
- Administration of trainers' and students’ documents, creation of overviews & reports.
- Supporting the student journey, from enrolment until the day they finish the class.
- Conducting evaluation surveys and leveraging insights to improve the program, courses and processes

**Requirements**:
To be successful as a Program Coordinator you should be able to provide expert guidance to optimise systems, tools, and processes, evaluate operational and program effectiveness and develop solutions to make improvements and ensure an optimal experience.
- You are a people person, with the ability to establish productive working atmospheres and good relationships with a wide range of people.
- You have excellent organizational skills with a reliable, precise and structured way of working and an affinity for digital processes.
- You are independent, communicative and an organizational professional.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
