About the RoleCODE is looking for a Working Student (f/m/x) to join our Business Management & Entrepreneurship (BME) team as Study Program Assistant, and to provide additional support as Teaching Assistant in the Orientation Semester. As Study Program Assistant for BME you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Study Program Coordinator and the Program Team in the efficient coordination of the study program, including assistance with administrative tasks and communication with different stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the team as Teaching Assistant for the module OS_03: Introduction to Business Management & Entrepreneurship, acting as a tutor for Orientation Semester students.We’re looking for someone who is able to take on the following responsibilities:1. Study Program Assistant tasks:Assist the Study Program Coordinator in day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparation of documents and reports.Aid in the scheduling of classes, exams, and other program-related activities.Support the planning, scheduling and execution of meetings, workshops, and events related to the study program.Support the dissemination of program-related information and serve as point of contact for student inquiries, providing assistance and information as needed.On behalf of the Study Program Coordinator, facilitate communication with different stakeholders (students, faculty, and other departments).Gather feedback and insights that can contribute to program improvements.2. Teaching Assistant tasks:Help create a positive environment for Orientation Semester (OS) students to push themselves to learn.Help OS students with content & challenges they are struggling with.Ensure that essential feedback reaches Faculty.  To be successful in this, we’re looking for someone with the following skillset:Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks, including document preparation and report generation.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in completing assigned tasks.Understanding of academic environments and the ability to navigate academic policies and procedures.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally to various stakeholders.Desire to help fellow students.If, beyond this, you bring along any of the following, it would give our team an edge. Keep in mind that none of these points are requirements, though:Knowledge of basic project management principles and experience in coordinating meetings, workshops, or events.Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an educational or academic setting.Ability to analyze feedback and data to identify trends and areas for program improvement.For us to be able to hire you for this position you must meet the following requirements:Being currently matriculated at CODE, in the BME program.Having a registered address in Germany and a German tax number.Having the right to work in Germany.Having a German bank account.What you can expect:Working student contract.Duration: Spring Semester 2026.Part-time position: maximum 20 hours per week (up to 15 hours per week for Study Program Assistant tasks + up to 70 hours in the whole Semester for Teaching Assistant tasks).15,00 EUR per hour (gross).About usCODE is a private state-recognized and accredited university of applied sciences that is embedded into the vibrant network of Berlin’s digital economy.
