**Job Description**:
The** Scalable Capital Graduate Program** is a great opportunity to start your career in digital finance. It’s specifically designed for graduates, post-graduates and young professionals who want to work on technology-driven financial products, while continuing to learn. Our unique FinTech startup environment allows you to take on responsibility right from the start and develop your career quickly.

**The program at a glance**
- Twelve months program: 3 rotations of 4 months each
- Enroll in track-specific trainings and obtain recognised certifications
- Participate in extracurricular activities and events
- Connect with your program buddy, plan your next steps with your mentor and build a valuable network across teams
- After one year you will be well equipped to excel in your first off-program job and help to shape the future of investing.

**Product Management Track**

Participating in the Product Management Track of the Scalable Capital Graduate Program prepares you for a career and potential leadership position in our product management team. Become a future Product Owner of one of Scalable Capital’s products and develop web/mobile solutions our users will love. Use state-of-the-art technology to enable our clients to achieve their financial goals, while delivering simple and intuitive UI/UX. Or take responsibility for a long-term business partnership with a leading global financial institution and build scalable investment solutions with them.

Rotation 1: Intro
- What are you going to do_

Start your program in our Investment Management teams: Get to know our clients and their needs, while working in the Client Service team. Discover how we operate our digital investment platforms across multiple countries and custodians and what it takes to execute and process millions of client trades every year while working in the Operations team.
- What are you going to learn_

Understand the fundamentals of our business model, our operations and our product. Get to know our clients.

Rotation 2: Product
- What are you going to do_

Deep dive into digital product management at Scalable Capital. Collaborate with fellow Product Owners and develop new features together with engineers and designers in your squad.
- What are you going to learn_

Gain an understanding of product development at Scalable Capital and the fundamentals of our software platform. Learn how to go from an idea to a live feature that our clients will love.

Rotation 3: Elective
- What are you going to do_

Choose between a technology focused rotation, for example in our Data Analytics team, and a client focused rotation, for example in our Digital Marketing or Sales team. Participate in all day-to-day activities and be responsible for a project on your own.
- What are you going to learn_

Discover the value add of smart data analysis or what it takes to get one million website visitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, business information systems, business engineering, business administration)
- Passion for technology, finance and digital products
- Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
- Creativity and an ability to think like a client
- Experience from internships in the area of technology, banking and/or consulting
- Previous non-academic or entrepreneurial commitment
- Willingness to invest into personal learning and career development outside of work
- Excellent German and English communication skills
