We're excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Program Coordinator to join our team at StartSteps and help us create, launch, and grow cutting-edge Women in Tech re-skilling programs.

Based in the city of Berlin, this full-time role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in the education sector, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong drive to promote gender diversity in the tech industry.

Tasks

Design and implement the new Women in Tech re-skilling programs in collaboration with StartSteps and our employment partners. This includes;
- Oversee the development and implementation of the course's curricula, learning content, and admissions process.
- Assist with all operations leading up to the course kick-offs, including admissions processes and course administration.
- Ensure an excellent student learning experience through supervision, communication, and organisation of trainers and students.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to align the program with the needs of the students and achieve maximum impact in the gender diversity space.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role as a Program Coordinator, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in the education sector with a track record of success in program development and implementation.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to take a program from concept to launch and growth.
- A passion for promoting gender diversity in the tech industry and a clear mission and mindset for making a positive social impact.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a reliable, precise, and structured approach to work, and an affinity for digital processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to provide expert guidance to optimize systems, tools, and processes, evaluate operational and program effectiveness, and develop solutions for improvement.
- Strong sales skills and experience with driving enrolment and engagement.
- Creative and innovative, able to inspire the team with new ideas and solutions.
