**What you'll do**

For our **Berlin** office, we are seeking an *_Associate_ HR Business Partner EMEA to support our organization in Germany, Poland, France and Spain (approx. 60 employees). The *Associate HR Business Partner will take a true partnership approach, contributing to both tactical and strategic levels as a trusted advisor to leaders and an advocate for our employees.

Responsibilities will include:

- Coach managers on employee related matters and escalate more complex matters where necessary
- Support the development and execution of strategy and plans from an HR perspective
- Direct managers and employees to appropriate guidance channels and act as a point of escalation for key HR matters or issues that arise
- Use and analyze People data generated by the HR Operations team to help the business make informed people decisions
- Report development needs identified through business unit HR activities to the Training and Development team.
- Ensure delivery of core HR services in the regions and consult with HR experts on complex cases on a wide range of HR matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all EMEA office leads. Provide HR support on all employee matters across a range of countries.
- Support line managers in reaching complex or high risk decisions and conduct skills transfer during this process

**Who you are**
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience
- 3-5 years of relevant human resources experience, preferably in an international context, including responsibilities in people development, performance management and stakeholder management.
- Have sound knowledge of German labor law, a plus would be having basic knowledge of the labor law of the other countries to be served
- Ideally have experience in technology, media, advertising, marketing sectors
- Analytical reasoning and solution-focused problem solver that thinks critically and independently to drive action.
- Stays current on emerging regulation and requirements and assesses impact on company policies, procedures and employees.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German and confident in interacting with employees of all levels of experience and seniority across the organization.
