Then - **KWS Berlin** is the right place for you- Our dynamic and international HR Business Partner team is growing and we are looking for a - **HRBP (M/F/d)** responsible for our local entities in - **Spain, Serbia and Croatia**. You will act as a strategic partner to the KWS business and your main goal will be the implementation and development of the global HR strategy in the countries under your responsibility. The position is based in Berlin and we offer a full-time permanent contract.**YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES** - You consult and advise the managers on human resources topics in order to contribute to the business objectives, solve complex problems and develop appropriate solutions. - You will provide counselling to the employees and actively support the managers with topics such as talent acquisition, performance management, personnel cost planning, succession planning, career paths or organizational changes. - You will support the implementation and development of the KWS HR strategy, policies and standards while keeping track on local requirements. - You will participate and lead international HR projects to improve HR processes and standards. - You will be the interface between the Expert Hubs HR (centres of expertise) and the business - making sure that you support the business in all decision-making processes by providing the appropriate information, reports, and analysis. **YOUR PROFILE** - An academic degree in psychology, business administration, labor law or a comparable field of study. - At least 5 years of HR professional experience, preferably in an international company, dealing with topics such as labor law, talent and performance management, personnel cost planning, analyzing HR data, recruitment, coaching managers and dealing with the workers council. - Very good communication skills with the right level of diplomacy and assertiveness. High integrity and effective negotiation skills, problem solving and conflict resolution - You are fluent in **English and Spanish**. Serbian and Croatian will be valued.
