**Our client, an industry-leading service provider is currently looking for a HR Business Partner with fluent German and English language skills to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.**

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing leadership to the wider HR team and business, supporting the development of policies and processes.

The successful HR Business Partner will be responsible for a range of activities including:

- Supporting the HR team and wider business on the implementation of new HR strategies
- Liaising with stakeholders to develop business strategies and goals
- Developing HR strategy plans
- Providing guidance to senior members of the team on implementing innovative HR strategies
