The Retail Collections department focuses on loss mitigation by negotiating payment arrangements with customers. If payment arrangements are not feasible, the department takes actions to reduce potential credit loss for Mercedes-Benz Mobility. We are currently seeking a working student to join our Italian Collections Retail team in Berlin. **Responsibilities**: - Handling mailboxes - Assisting Team leader and PuK on reporting - Other administrative tasks related to collections activities - Updating data in the IT-systems If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team and gain valuable experience, we encourage you to apply.
