The European Shared Services Retail Collections in Berlin services accounts for Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Benelux and the UK. The focus of the Retail Collections department is loss mitigation by negotiation with our customers to reach a payment arrangement. If payment arrangements are not possible the department is responsible for taking actions that reduces the potential credit loss for Mercedes-Benz Mobility.

We are looking for **a working student **for our Collections Retail team in Berlin.

**You will assist the team within daily operational and especially administrative tasks as:
- Handling mailboxes
- Assisting Team leader and PuK on reporting and presentations
- Other administrative tasks related with the collections activities
- Updating data in the IT-systems

**Qualifikationen**:

- Sudies in International Management, Business Administration or in the financial sector
- Italian on a native Speaker Level and English language skills on advanced level
- Experiences with MS-Office
- Experience in administrative task management
- Experience in working in call center environment will be a plus, but not necessary
- Communication skills
- Good teamworker, reliable and self-reliant way of working
