- Permanent- The business unit „Electrification & Automation” has a network of competence centers, so called HUBs worldwide. The Technical Sales Support assists these HUBs and Regional Companies in terms of process management and trainings.**What part will you play?**

In your role, you will...- Lead the process management for offer and order process as well as interface description between Sales and Operations
- Develop the sales process in coordination with Sales, Operations and PLM and continuously improve them.
- Organize and do trainings for processes / tools in country and abroad and develop / guide the centers of competence (CoC/HUB)
- Support Quality Management in terms of SI EA process house
- Will further support the CoCs/HUBs and RCs in their daily business on processes, products and tools.
- Do checks of performance in HUBs and SELF, initiate improvements, take care of their implementation
- Develop worldwide training concepts as well as assist for the development of e-learnings

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have a bachelor’s degree in technology with a focus on electrotechnical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of proposal management, order execution, project management or process management.
- In the past, you have gained experience in process management for medium-voltage switchgear.
- Knowledge of EA organization, processes and tools (NX Tools+ / OGT / SAP) and a strong commercial understanding.
- Great communication skills support you in your work with international teams and projects.
- Your analytical and strategic way of thinking helps you to deepen the cooperation of organizational units.
- You are characterized by your ability to work in a team, independence and initiative.
- Fluency in English and international willingness to travel (about 20%).
