**You’ll make an impact by**
- You have the responsibility to drive sustainability business across all our focus verticals, develop our sustainability business with top accounts and supports the regional teams to develop sustainability Business in their countries.
- You drive co-creation workshops with customers following a consultative approach.
- You ensure that all key account management teams and regional teams have a sustainability business’ strategy and the necessary knowledge to address their customers in place.
- You collect feedback and information about what is needed for sustainability business at a local level, in terms of trends, market needs, new business opportunities, documentation, and regulations.
- You support the creation of internal marketing assets, e.g. sales presentations and training assets, and ensures that key account management teams and regional teams have the latest knowledge of our value proposition and portfolio.
- You coordinate and drive business initiatives, monitor project timelines, support defining and developing upcoming initiatives and tasks for the department.
**Your defining qualities**
- You have several years of experience within technical sales and are used to consultative type of selling.
- You have very good knowledge about medium voltage and low voltage and switchgear, and you have experience in selling power distribution systems and solutions, and protection automation to regional as well as international customers.
- You are characterized by a high level of communication readiness, analytical skills, team orientation, resilience and social competence.
- You have a master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent and many years of professional experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally (At-least 20 %) and very good English language skills complete your profile.
