Senior User Researcher

Doctolib is on a mission to transform access to healthcare and is looking for a **Senior** **User Researcher **to bring more user-centricity to our already committed teams.

We are a team of +60 Designers located in France, Germany, and Italy. And we're proud to say that it's hard to find a more diverse skill set than the one you'll find in our Design team: Product Design, Brand Design, UX Writing, Design Operations, and of course, User Research.

Our User Research team works with a wide range of users: Doctors, Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Patients, and more as we are co-building technology to improve health for everyone.

In this role, you would collaborate with Product managers, Product designers, Product marketing managers, and/or Strategy managers in making informed decisions, safely. You will advocate for research, bringing your research expertise and experience to a product environment with its own constraints.

**Your mission**:

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other sources of user information to challenge the need for research and seek impact on the product roadmap to shape the role of User Research at Doctolib
- Identify and prioritize the research needs across products and across markets
- Lead global research topics and drive the project to business success
- Develop strong convictions about users, act as an advocate for them and drive the distribution of user knowledge throughout the company
- Deliver meaningful and consistent insights in the most appropriate form, pending upon the stakeholders needs and objective, using and experimenting on the format
- Contribute to the level of expertise of the team by coaching and mentoring more junior colleagues or documenting best practices

**Your Skills**:

- You have a minimum of **5 years of experience as a User Researcher**, ideally in a product/tech company, collaborating with product, design, engineering, and data to create impact.
- You can conduct research at scale and utilize a variety of research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability studies and you know when to run and when not to run user research
- You have the experience to run research on collaborating with a team of researchers through the full product development lifecycle.
- You have a track record in execution of complex qualitative research plans, showing the impact of your research on user experience
- Empathy is not just a buzzword for you but part of your DNA.
- You have experience in agile practices.
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in** English AND German**.

About the remote policy at Doctolib
- Hybrid: you work remotely 2 to 3 days per week and from the office on the other days.
