As we are growing our 55+ design team, we are looking for a **Senior User Researcher **that will lead **B2B** user research projects and ultimately help elevate the user research practice at Doctolib.

You´ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that is located in Berlin, Milan and Paris working with Product Designers, Brand Designers, UX Writers, User Researchers and Design Ops. You will join a mission-driven, ambitious and talented design team. The team is defined by their values: acceptance, authenticity, and openness.

**What you will do**:

- Partaking in the better understanding of Doctolib's customers: from patients to health professionals, and including medical secretaries.
- On a daily basis, you will be in charge of leading research projects for the product, marketing, and strategy teams
- Be part of a growing team and work hand-in-hand with our direct and indirect stakeholders in Germany.
- You will be in charge of testing prototypes both before and after the development (Methodology, recruitment, tests, insight collection and analysis, reporting) to make sure the solutions that have been designed answer correctly the problem we identified.

**Your skills**:

- **Minimum 4 years **of experience in User Research
- You are a fluent speaker of **English AND German** to be able to conduct interviews in both languages.
- You have experience in conducting user research projects end to end both before and after the development (Methodology, recruitment, tests, insight collection and analysis, reporting).
- Empathy is not just a buzzword for you but part of your DNA
- You are a strong team spirit and a dedicated team player
- When it comes to research, you represent a true evangelist

**About the remote policy at Doctolib**

As of October 2021, we provide 3 working modes:

- Remote: you work remotely and meet your team at the office once a month
- Hybrid: you work remotely 2 to 3 days per week and from the office on the other days.
