What's the role?:
HERE is looking for a

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, prepare, and execute user & customer research using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative user research methods including surveys, interviews, contextual field studies and usability studies
- Create solution-oriented deliverables and reports
- Independently handle research projects & own topical expertise
- Closely collaborate with Design, Product, Engineering and other user researchers in our global set up
- Consult, train and assist product team members in running design studies & internal workshops
- Advocate for user-centered design across teams
- Create frameworks and artifacts for a shared understanding about user research methods and insights within product teams and across the entire organization

Who are you?:
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Social Sciences, Communication, Marketing or related experience
- Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience in user research
- Strong knowledge of different qualitative and quantitative user research methods (e.g. user interviews, usability studies, surveys, field studies)
- Strong ability to translate research findings into actionable insights and tools
- Demonstrated experience in a b2b / enterprise environment, with a good understanding of the complexity of user research for expert software
- Experience working with Design, Product and Engineering teams
- Superior English skills for both written and oral communication
- Demonstrated ability to learn and master new domains of expertise
- Team-player; self-organized, reliant, thinking one step ahead
- Experience with analytics a plus
- Keen on working within a diverse and international environment
