(Senior) User Experience Researcher

**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult the agile marketing teams & selected agencies in the process of translating user needs into requirements and developing a vision for the ideal experience, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital engagement and solutions as well as continuous improvement
- Identify design problems and devise customer & user centered solutions, keeping the overall customer journey with all touchpoints in mind within an omnichannel environment
- Work together closely with your CX Team members and the development team to create impactful digital experiences for our customers
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders across the organization
- Help teams map the ecosystem of their market of concern, screen it for potential, and make strategic decisions based on it
- Designing User Interfaces based on customer journeys, user data and our global visual communication framework

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in the role as UX, Service or CX Designer
- Confident use of design and research methods and processes (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Ability to create and execute user tests to validate hypotheses
- Experience working in cross-functional team(s)
- Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define one’s own tasks
- Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies
- Complete Covid-19 vaccination is required (- 20a IfSG)
