User Experience Researcher

**Job Description**:
Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

As a** User Experience Researcher & Designer **(M/F/d) (limited contract 1 year), your main responsibility is to drive impactful omnichannel experiences and service concepts. For this position, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about the user perspective and able to combine quantitative and qualitative inputs into insights that motivate customer-centric decisions.

You should be an excellent communicator, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives. You should be an intellectually curious, high-energy and individual who can thrive in a high demand, high performance, and constantly changing environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the agile marketing teams & selected agencies in the process of translating user needs into requirements and developing a vision for the ideal experience, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital engagement and solutions as well as continuous improvement
- Identify design problems and devise customer & user cantered solutions, keeping the overall customer journey with all touchpoints in mind within an omnichannel environment
- Work together closely with your CX Team members and the development team to create impactful digital experiences for our customers
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders across the organization
- Help teams map the ecosystem of their market of concern and screen it for potential
- Designing User Flows based on customer journeys, user data and our global visual communication framework

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in the role as UX, Service or CX Designer
- Experience in outlining customer journeys and user flows
- Comprehensive understanding of design and research methods and processes
- Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define one’s own tasks
- Experience working in cross-functional team(s)
- Complete Covid-19 vaccination is required (- 20a IfSG)
