**Deine Mission**:

- Baue unsere Rider-Community auf und sei ein direkter Teil des Erfolgs von MAYD
- Manage aktiv die operative Performance
- Führe Entwicklungsgespräche mit unseren Ridern
- Stelle sicher das On
- und Offboardings effektiv durchgeführt werden
- Stelle sicher und verbessere die Rider-Happiness durch hilfreiche, nette und rasche Antworten über unser Ticketsystems
- Baue effiziente Arbeitsbeziehungen auf

**Deine Qualifikation**:

- Begeisterung für schnell wachsende StartUps
- Organisationstalent mit der Fähigkeit sich den alltäglichen Herausforderungen eines schnelllebigen Unternehmens zu stellen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Einfühlungsvermögen gegenüber unseren Ridern und ihre Belange
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team
- Fließendes Deutsch und fortgeschrittenes Englisch (B2 Niveau)
- Für dich ist Schichtarbeit, auch vereinzelt an Wochenenden und Feiertagen, kein Problem
