**Your Role**
As Head of Rider Operations Germany, you will take care of our rider and fleet operations, managing rider supply, engagement, equipment and performance and fleet operations.
Your responsibility will be to ensure a smooth business running of our riders and their fleet. Alongside, you are always striving to improve processes and make our operations more efficient.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Define, establish & lead our strategy for rider operations, thinking outside of the box when it comes to new ideas & processes
- Create the best-in-class Rider Hiring, Rider Growth & Rider Engagement, making us the employer of choice
- Propose & drive improvements/new ideas when it comes to our vehicle choices to serve our riders & customers in the best possible way, while being as efficient as possible
- Use your analytical skills to improve our operations and make data-driven decisions on how to move us forward (performance management, dashboard creation with the right KPI's, improvement of KPI's such as Cost Per Order, Utilisation Rate, Delivery Time, Rider Satisfaction, etc.)
- Plan, direct, and manage all rider operations including, onboarding, shift management, route planning and delivery efficiency
**Your Profile**
- You have practical experience in leading rider operations
- You have people management skills, confident in hiring and leading a strong team
- You are confident working together with different teams & external companies
- You are hands-on, with a proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership and responsibility in a fast growing company
- You identify, understand and guide solutions end-to-end
- You are able to communicate proficient in English and in German
