Für unsere SMT Abteilung suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung als

**SMT Process Assistant Technic/Prozessassistent im Bereich SMT-Technik (m/w/d)**

Wir stehen für Flexibilität und Kundenorientierung. Von Kleinstserien bis Großserien produzieren wir nach Kundenwunsch. Auf den Grundsätzen von Lean Production aufbauend, stellen wir mit unserem modernen Shopfloor Management eine ständige Verbesserung der SMT Fertigung sicher. Daher suchen wir Dich um die Technologie voranzutreiben.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln innerhalb des SMT-Bereiches
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Inspektionen, Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen, Funktionskontrollen und Wartungen
- Behebung von einfachen und komplexen Anlagenstörungen ggf. mit Unterstützung von internen Units oder externen Servicestellen
- Unterstützung bei Reinigungsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln
- Aufnahme von Temperaturprofilen
- Angebote von Ersatzteilen einholen und zur Entscheidung vorbereiten
- Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen unter Lean-Aspekten
- Mitteilung der Kennzahlen im Rahmen der täglichen Shopfloor Stehungen

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossene technische bzw. elektronische Ausbildung (mind. 3 Jahre) vorzugsweise in einem Industriebetrieb der Elektronikfertigung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 1-3 Jahre) im entsprechenden Verantwortungsbereich, wünschenswert Bereich der Elektronikfertigung
- Schichtbereitschaft (Wechselschicht - Früh, - Spät, - Nachtschicht)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Surface-Mount-Technology (SMT)
- Guter Umgang mit Arbeits-, Betriebsmitteln für die der Wartung und Instandhaltung von SMT Anlagen
