**About the role**:

- Support and enhance global HR **planning**, **controlling**, and **reporting**:

- Drive** data-driven personnel** and **cost planning initiatives**:

- Contribute to organizational** structure development** in global projects
- Provide technical and administrative support for **HR Analytics & Controlling**:

- Maintain **SAP HRP** and **SuccessFactors** master data
- **Coordinate** with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders
- Ensure data quality through **validation** of global org structures
- Manage personnel planning **processes** in **planning tools**:

- Support **success tracking** and **reporting** for the Executive Resorts Project
- Oversee general** People Analytics** and **BI operations**

**Qualifications**:

- A completed degree as **Economist**, **Data Scientist**, **Business Administrator**, or **Controller**, or a high school diploma with relevant experience, or an equivalent qualification as Certified Controller or** Business Data Analyst**.
- Strong **data affinity** and expert-level **Excel** skills with experience in **Power BI** and **SAC** as a plus
- Customer-focused, proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn
- Comfortable in **international settings,** occasional **travel** to Munich
- Execution-oriented with high service quality standards, team player in diverse environments
- **Fluent English** (spoken and written), **German** beneficial
