**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Martech Lead to spearhead our marketing technology initiatives. As a **Martech Lead**, you will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions that drive business growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data, and requires an individual with a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on experience. As the Martech Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage our Martech stack, and ensure that our marketing operations are data-driven, automated, and scalable.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Martech Strategy & Management**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Own and manage the Martech stack, such as a CDP, CRM, DAM marketing automation platforms/Customer engagement platforms, data analytics tools and other software that increase scalability and automation of marketing efforts
- Stay updated on emerging Martech trends and tools to continually enhance marketing performance and efficiency.

**Platform Implementation & Integration**:

- Lead the implementation of new Martech solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., CRM, CMS, Analytics, AdTech).
- Work with tech, data, and marketing teams to ensure smooth platform integrations and data flows across systems.
- Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and data governance for all digital marketing channels.

**Optimization & Automation**:

- Identify opportunities for marketing automation to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Build and optimize workflows, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture programs within the marketing automation platforms.
- Test and iterate on Martech solutions to improve marketing performance (conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition, retention, etc.).

**Data Analytics & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to leverage data insights to ensure our MarTech solutions are delivering results and contribute to the overall ROAS goals
- Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis across the marketing technology ecosystem.
- Deliver actionable insights to marketing, sales, and leadership teams, helping drive better decision-making through data
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure sustainable data set up as basis for all software and for long term growth

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Serve as a liaison between marketing, IT, product, sales, and external vendors to ensure that Martech solutions are aligned with business needs.
- Educate and enable marketing teams on the effective use of Martech tools.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies, contract negotiations to support business objectives.

**Compliance & Security**:

- Ensure that all marketing technologies adhere to legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Oversee data privacy, security protocols, and compliance related to marketing technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with data management, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing automation workflows.
- Technical expertise in integrating Martech tools with existing systems (e.g., CDPs, APIs, data warehouses, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data security.
