**Dive into the world of data-driven decision-making with us As a Teamlead Business Analytics (M/F/d) at EGYM Wellpass, you'll manage a team of three colleagues and play a key role in advancing EGYM Wellpass as a data driven company. You empower other teams to make confident decisions by providing reliable data through different solutions (e.g. Tableau Dashboards). Join our team in Munich and be part of shaping our business's future through insightful analysis.**

**Leadership & Management (ca. 40%)**:

- ** Leadership**: You work together with the Head of Business Analytics on defining yearly roadmaps and longterm strategy for the department
- ** Management**:You manage a team of three people and support them in their personal and professional development

**Operational Work (ca. 60%)**:

- ** Dashboards**:You support the entire company in making data-based decisions by creating meaningful dashboards in Tableau
- ** Data**:You extract, validate, process, link and analyze data from different data sources to calculate business relevant KPIs
- ** Analyses**:You carry out ad hoc analyses and create models for strategic decisions
- ** Optimization**: You continuously optimize our Tableau structure so that users can work with it as easily as possible
- ** Scalability**:You ensure that our data processes and structures are scalable for our further growth

**Your fitness level**:

- ** University degree**:You hold a university degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics, statistics or comparable
- ** Leadership experience**:You have 2+ years experience in managing a team of analysts and know how to set up an efficient team
- ** Professional experience**: You have 4+ years experience in creating actionable insights in areas such as Business Analytics or a related field
- ** Business Intelligence Tools**: You are proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques such as Tableau in order to visualize data from the data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake)
- ** SQL**:You have fluent SQL skills
- ** Excel & Powerpoint**:You are an expert in excel and powerpoint and know how to present complex topics in an easy understandable way
- ** Communication Skills**:You have experience in representing and defending your opinion to Management
- ** Language skills**: You have professional proficiency in English (German as a plus)

**Your training goal for your first 6 months**:

- ** Team management**: You create a good connection with the whole team and you get to know their characteristics
- ** Roadmap 2025**: You know the relevant projects and priorities the team is managing this year and you understand how to reach our OKRs
- ** Data setup**: You know the structure of our different databases, our tableau setup and the processes how we collaborate with different teams
- ** Analyses & Dashboards**: You support the team with creating Dashboards & Analyses
- ** Contribution of ideas**:You brought your fresh ideas to the table, taking business analytics to a new level of excellence
