HIAB's Loader Cranes, Light & Medium division is looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to ensure an efficient processing of enquiries/orders. The role includes maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring updated knowledge of customers' needs.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Review and create spare parts lists and quotations with customers
- Processes customer requests and purchase orders and confirming pricing and terms are consistent with the quote sent to the customers
- Liaises as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders to address any issues related to spare parts orders
- Processing of customer orders following processes and procedures.
- Solves daily technical and client issues by analyzing client cases
- Explain and resolve issues with external and internal stakeholders.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification
- Ability to work independently to complete given tasks and assignments
- Ability to adapt and exchange information and knowledge
- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
