Deine Must Have’s:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise im Personalbereich und/oder relevante Berufserfahrung- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer
- und Sozialversicherungsrechts- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Datenpflege in SAP-HCM und Workday- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket- Grundkenntnisse Englisch in Wort und Schrift- Gutes Ausdrucks
- und Kommunikationsvermögen

Deine To Do’s:
- Standardisierte sowie individuelle Bearbeitung von administrativen People Prozessen- Mitarbeiterberatung bei komplexen Fragen zu Unternehmensrichtlinien, Standardprozessen, Betriebsvereinbarungen und allgemeinen Fragestellungen- Bescheinigungswesen sowie Schriftverkehr mit Mitarbeitern- Korrespondenz mit Behörden und Ämtern- Datenverwaltung und -pflege der Systeme (Workday, SAP, Qwin)- Ansprechpartner für systembezogene Fragestellungen- Begleiten und gestalten von Veränderungsprozessen innerhalb des People Service Bereiches- Sicherstellung der Einbindung rechtlicher Veränderungen in die People Service Prozesse
