**Your responsibilities**
- Coordination and documentation of building-related ESG requirements
- Coordination with stakeholders regarding ESG and sustainability reporting
- Developing and supporting standards and digitalisation projects
- Supporting facility project management
- Maintaining the KPI control system
- Development and maintenance of digital site documentation

**Your profile**
- At least three years of experience in facility management
- Experience of ESG and sustainability reporting requirements
- Knowledge of the organisation of operational processes and management of technical and infrastructural facility services
- Very good knowledge and confident use of MS Office programmes (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP desirable
- Initiative, commitment and a strong understanding of service with a confident demeanour, ability to work under pressure and in a team
- German at a business fluent level and good written and spoken English skills
