We are looking for a Team Coordinator (M/F/d) GT3 to be part of customer motorsport team in Cologne, Germany. Are you a team player who thrives on responsibility, with strong analytical and logical skills? Then you are the right person to take on this challenge. Be inspired by the passion and teamwork of our 450-strong workforce for motorsport and automotive projects.

**Your tasks**:

- overall responsibility for organisation, steering and development of our professional GT3 racing teams
- strategic planning, development and rollout of international racing events: Coordination of performance teams and cooperation partners
- ensure excellence in liaison with Motorsport Associations and Promoters (FIA, SRO,...) regarding homologation & BOP related topics
- grow and nurture our customer racing clientele base at all touchpoints, including customer relationship management
- create and explore new ways to drive customer engagement and loyalty, taking into account the needs of our customers and the brand
- have a recognised apprenticeship (preferably in mechanics or similar) or experience to equivalent depth in a motorsport industry
- show experience in the professional GT3 racing industry; either as an engineer, or part of a race team, or in a customer support role
- have the ability to work to the highest standards and to tight deadlines
- be confident with good interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
- show a flexible approach to working hours and extensive travel as well as the ability to perform under pressure
