**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Head of Business Development (M/F/d) for the successful acquisition of new business in the field of software or online-based technologies.
**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- You develop the potential of your BDR/SDR team.
- You lead by example to motivate your team members.
- You work with your team to qualify, acquire leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- You work with the sales team to optimize the pipeline and hand off leads efficiently.
- You'll monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure performance is on track during the month and goals are met by the end of the month.
- You identify potential target customers for our product.
- You analyze data to identify trends.
- You lead the meetings of the team.
- You work cross-functionally with colleagues in marketing, sales, product management, and customer success.
- You will assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of additional team members.
**IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU BRING**:
- You have had a successful career as an SDR or Account Executive in a performance driven team (ideally in a SaaS environment).
- You have initial leadership experience and are looking to grow further into a lead role.
- You have exceptional analytical skills and experience with relevant CRM tools like Salesforce and engagement platforms like Salesloft.
- You are a strong communicator and convincing with your confident demeanor.
- A high degree of initiative and personal responsibility round off your profile.
- You speak business fluent English. German is a plus.
