**Your Role & Impact**:

- As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in prioritising, planning and executing our expansion efforts and developing our expansion strategy along our growth dimensions: active jurisdictions, asset class scope, and new (financial) product offerings.
- You will perform (financial) modelling and opportunity validations to inform C-level executives about strategic actions, using all available data sources and external partners to better understand the attractiveness, accessibility and risks of potential business opportunities.
- Besides identifying opportunities and preparing go-to-market strategies, you will be responsible for initial execution, i.e., prototyping and testing. After successful validation, you will lead the sourcing and development of our key partnerships, hire and build dedicated teams and coordinate their efforts to get them to up to speed as fast as possible.
- You will build, lead, and inspire a team of business development managers and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, BizDev, marketing, legal and compliance to create business cases and manage financial, legal, and operational risks.

**What you should bring to the party**:

- You have 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, startups or other fast-paced environments.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or a related area of study from a leading university.
- Experience in the startup space, and FinTechs, in particular, is a plus.
- You are the personified proactivity with an entrepreneurial attitude who can run separate business units result-driven and with mínimal guidance.
- Experience building new business lines / products from scratch that are launched, used, and loved by customers.
- Interest in understanding local legal environments across the EU is a plus.
- A talent for keeping track of multiple tasks in parallel and prioritising effectively.
