**Entrepreneur in Residence (M/F/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as an expert in project and product management together with founder teams.
- Be involved in recruiting, conducting interviews, and evaluating potential members for founder teams.
- Be responsible for monitoring team success, coaching teams on customer interviews, scripts, storyboards, and methodology.
- Support the head of the venture team with your expertise and ideas in developing the business and process plan during the concept phase.
- Assist teams with regular syntheses or training sessions.
- Build a close collaboration with the head of the new founding team and accompany them through the incubation process.
- Facilitate workshops to teach methodologies and foster innovation.
- Manage risk within the project.
- Support business development activities and be involved in the development of budget plans and market analyses.
- Identify and validate new business opportunities, supporting teams in pivoting or scaling ideas as needed.
- Act as a key interface between founder teams, program leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and represent the incubator at internal and external events.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture within the incubator and inspire founder teams to think innovatively.

Your qualification
- You have a degree in business administration or a similar field. In case of technical background, MBA is required.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience. Leadership experience in digital product management is a plus.
- You have worked in a consulting team for or within corporates, ideally in a strategic role.
- You have practical experience in conducting customer interviews as part of market research and/or “Voice of the Customer” initiatives.
- You have gained experience in a startup environment.
- You are experienced in facilitating ideation and solution workshops for cross-functional teams.
- You demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and a hands-on approach.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex problems.
