Diese Position ist für alle, die Unternehmergeist im Blut haben, anpacken wollen und lernen möchten, wie man ein Start-up von Null aufbaut - Seite an Seite mit erfahrenen Foundern.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben**:

- Du identifizierst strategische Chancen und leitest Projekte **End-to-End**: von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und Messung der Ergebnisse.
- Du bringst Klarheit und Struktur in komplexe Problemstellungen, sodass unser Team schneller und besser entscheiden kann.
- Du übernimmst selbstständig strategische und operative Initiativen: Du übernimmst Ownership, priorisierst und setzt eigenständig um.
- Du bist ein starker Generalist mit exzellenten analytischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten - du wechselst mühelos zwischen Strategie und Hands-on-Execution.
- Du denkst unternehmerisch: Du machst Pläne, setzt Prioritäten, behältst die wichtigsten Themen im Blick und fokussierst dich konsequent auf das Wesentliche.

**Was du mitbringst**:

- Erste Erfahrung darin, Projekte eigenständig zu steuern und erfolgreich abzuschließen (Start-ups, Operations, Strategie oder vergleichbar).
- Du bist stressresistent, kannst in dynamischen Situationen ruhig bleiben und Lösungen liefern.
- Trotz Drive und High-Performer-Mentalität verlierst du nie die Bodenhaftung - und hast das Herz am richtigen Fleck.
- Tools wie PowerPoint und Excel sind für dich selbstverständlich. KI-Anwendungen und Optimierungstools sind Teil deines täglichen Arbeitens.
- Englisch im täglichen (internen) Business, Deutsch im Kundenkontakt - beides ist für dich selbstverständlich und Grundvoraussetzung.
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft zur Unterstützung bei Einführung und Implementierung vor Ort bei Händlern.
