**Your role**

Are you excited by the prospect of combining technical problem-solving with customer-facing responsibilities? Do you want to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing SaaS company? Luminovo is looking for a **Entrepreneur in Residence - Technical focus** to support our expanding customer base and help build scalable ERP integration solutions. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while learning from an experienced Solutions Engineer.

**Performance objectives**:

- **Build integrations with Luminovo**:Help Luminovo to streamline the process of connecting our customer’s software to our APIs by writing integration scripts
- **Improve usability of Luminovo APIs**: Help us to define use-cases around our APIs, maintain and enhance our API documentation and help us to make Luminovo APIs even better.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Help our customers to successfully integrate with Luminovo by guiding them through technical onboarding and sharing your technical expertise.
- **Expand Our Connector Portfolio**: Help us create ready-to-use connectors for popular ERP, PLM and CRM providers to make integrating with Luminovo even more seamless.
- **Support Sales and Customer Success**: Assist in creating sales materials, participating in calls, and providing technical insights to prospects and customers.

**What You’ll Gain**:

**Skills, knowledge, and expertise**:

- **Education**: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or early Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, TUM BWL, Business Informatics, or related fields.
- **Location**: Munich-based (on-site).
- **Duration**: 4-6 months, starting at the earliest possible date.
- **Skills**:

- Programming experience in any common language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- **Language skills**: Fluency in English is required; German is a big plus but not mandatory.
