**Your role**
As Entrepreneur in Residence (RevOps), you will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will gain direct insights into the operational growth model of a B2B SaaS startup while working in one of the most impactful industries of our century, the electronics industry.**Key highlights**
- Taking on full responsibility from day one
- Driving the full range from smaller to bigger projects in tandem with different departments
- Learning how to build the revenue engine of a high-growth early-stage startup
**Time frame**
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Duration: 4-6 months
Performance objectives
- Support our Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams in different steps of the customer's journey
- Independently drive ad-hoc projects and creative initiatives in the go-to-market organization
- Manage various operational tasks to keep our systems running and grow the business
- Getting your hands dirty in gathering and analyzing data to pass insights to the right stakeholders
- Support managers and team leads with their strategic projects
**Some additional notes**
- We don't need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today, but you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how Luminovo can create value for them. Strong communication skills in writing and in person. Fluency in both German and
