Field Service Technician

**Duties**:
Independently performs cash collections of gaming and non-gaming equipment using a data collection device or hand written documents to include automated cash machine (ACM) count downs and fills. Checks, verifies and records all machine bookkeeping data and prepares all required drop documentation.

Verify, process, and authorize payment of gaming machine jackpots ensuring that all required documentation has been completed and filed. Researches and analyzes data to resolve customer disputes and maintenance related issues.

Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment or system failures using the appropriate diagnostic devices and initiates necessary repair actions. Performs maintenance on gaming and non-gaming equipment, cash dispenser, card and associated peripheral equipment to include options setup, RAM clears, monitor adjustment and operational inspections. Assists in establishing preventative maintenance schedules for all ARMP equipment and ensures that schedules are executed. Coordinates, schedules and completes upgrades, installation and testing of game conversion kits on existing gaming and non-gaming equipment. Moves and installs all field operation equipment.

- Considerable physical exertion to include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. A pre-employment physical is required.
- Must be willing to work irregular work schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain/maintain a valid driver's license.

**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.**

Must possess one year of experience working as an Electronics Technician which includes maintenance, installation and troubleshooting various types of electronic equipment. (The experience must have included gaming machines or equipment of similar composition).
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel software.
