Junior Rma Technician

**The Junior RMA Technician is responsible for performing product diagnosis, repairs and service to include diagnose problems, including problem identification, research of problem, isolation of issue, and completion of resolution.**

**What you'll do**:

- Evaluate and determine the root cause of failure for RMA products
- Troubleshoot and test RMA units to component
- Record findings in Excel/Sheets and ERP as well as determine appropriate next steps for devices
- Escalate cases of units when a root cause can not be identified
- Able to find trends through data analysis
- Managing the RMA requests (inbound and outbound) and flow
- Work with internal and external teams to review updates to RMA process
- Work with customer support and other software teams as a technical resource for any customer issues and patch bugs as needed

**What you'll need**:

- IT-Electronic Qualification
- English fluency (preferable)
- Willingness to work autonomously
- Highly organized, can juggle competing priorities and tasks
- Willing to learn and share your knowledge with others
- Team player
