Community Leverage Technician

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor of Science Degree in any field OR
- Four (4) years of data analysis or database development experience
- Minimum of two years experience in customer service
- Read, understand, speak, and write English
- Possess good automation skills including word processing
- Possess the ability to present orally and in written format
- Strong customer service, time management, and records management skills are required
- Effective professional and non-judgmental interaction with various individuals is imperative

**JOB **DESCRIPTION**
- Provide Research and Development Services for Army Community Service as the Social and Family Program Leader for the AOR
- Responsible for maintaining records and files
- Coordinate monthly workgroup meetings
- Prepare automated slide show presentations, flyers, newsletters, Facebook postings
