**Who are we looking for?**:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Working Student to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic environment. You’ll assist in the daily operations of our People team, help foster a positive culture, and contribute to recruitment efforts. If you're tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about people, this role is for you

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the day-to-day administration of People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS platform (Personio) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, promotion letters, and probation period extensions.
- Help plan and coordinate team events, cultural initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

**Who are you?**:

- You have **_ideally_** gained some initial experience in HR or People Operations.
- You are a high-energy, people-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach.
- You are highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable using digital tools.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a university in Germany.
