**Your challenge**:
As a People Operations Working Student (d/f/m), you will join the Internal Operations team whose #1 goal is to make the company-wide operations run smoothly. In this role, you will be supporting the people operations team to take care of the whole employee lifecycle.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will help the with a broad variety of administrative task, from support in payroll over contracts to visa and relocation
- You will have exposure to with the start of employees lifecycle and collaborate with different stakeholder to ensure a great onboarding experience
- You will support the team in different people operations related projects and non-administrative tasks

**Your profile**:

- You already gained first experiences in HR, in the best case already in a fast pacing environment
- You consider yourself hands-on and don't shy away from things that need to be done
- You are a team player, always wear a smile and know how to handle stressful situations
- You speak both German and English fluently
